Quote of the day

Most of the important things in the world have been accomplished by people who have kept on trying when there seemed to be no hope at all.

Dale Carnegie (1888-1955)

Born in 1888 in Missouri, USA, Dale Carnegie did his schooling at Warrensburg State Teachers College.

He traveled to New York as a young aspiring actor/salesman and started teaching communication skills to adults at the local YMCA.

Carnegie founded his world-renowned Dale Carnegie Course in 1912 and his courses have changed the lives of literally millions of people around the globe. Warren Buffet, generally considered the World's Greatest Investor, took a Dale Carnegie public speaking course in order to CONQUER his intensive FEAR of public speaking.

Carnegie is also the author of one of our ALL TIME favourites, "How To Win Friends and Influence People", one of the single greatest books on mastering the art of communication. How To Win Friends and Influence People has sold over 15 MILLION copies globally, while his total literary collection has sales of over 50 MILLION copies world wide.

Dale Carnegie's deep comprehension of human nature makes his work TIMELESS.
